In my training class of 30 from one year ago, I am the only one still employed. The training was worthless. We spent a lot of time and learned a lot of stuff. It just had nothing to do with what you do while working.
The hardest part of the job is dealing with new team leaders. The turnover rate is astronomical, including team leaders. When a new one is selected, it is obvious they are just given a title with no additional training. If you ask them a question, you won't get an answer either because they don't care or they don't know. I think it is mostly the latter.
The most enjoyable part of the job is talking to and working with the members. Most of them are super-sweet.
The most disturbing part of this job is coming to grips with the fact that quality means nothing and quantity means everything. The second most disturbing thing is that you are required to work before clocking in for your shift, during your shift while you are supposed to be at lunch and working after you clock out. I work at least an hour or two every day with NO pay.
Pros
The callers are so sweet.
Cons
You don't get paid for the hours you actually work.
